Open issues
Should the Sharer set access priveleges for "non" Chandler users before sending out an invitation to share? OR only after Sharer and Sharee have established a sharing network.

Checking the privacy box de-activates the sharing box with visual feedback that the item / view has now been marked private.
If the sharing box is checked, checking the privacy box de-activates all shares of that item, de-activates the sharing box and unchecks the sharing box
Checking the sharing box exposes "From:" and "To:" fields as well as a "Conversation" box and a "Send" button to activate sharing.
After the user hits Send, the "Shared" item or view provides visual feedback that it is now a shared item / view.

user should be able to decide after the fact whether a note should be public v. private (ie. setting privacy doesn't make sense to a user that doesn't share
