Here's my take on the doc:

1. The info on the page is still largely correct.
2. We are just in the process of refactoring the contents of the page.
3. The Bullet Points in the front are being refactored into their respective Design Overview pages. We are discussing using a use case taxonomy to classify some of these pages.
4. "View Building" is now in BuildingLayoutsWorkflow, which will become an Overview-type page too.
5. Similarly, the other storyboards need to go into sidebar, dashboard, entering items pages.

Brian and Mimi are in the process of streamlining the documents based on feedback from Jed and David.
