  • Sprints were great though not long enough to reach success for everyone (working parcels)

  • Create a Wiki page for "Geek Talk: subjects for Apps meeting (Philippe)

Platform WG (Katie)

• Progress:
  • Progress on eggs, including build support (setuptools) and i18n support.
  • Parcel sprinting yielded parcels that queried eventful for events, and integration with Quicksilver and the OSX Dashboard (building on a XML-RPC connector).
  • Test sprinting yielded some WebDAV tests and some functional tests.
  • High level plan for who is working on what for 0.7 (see notes).
• Plans:
  • Continue work on eggs
  • 0.7 i18n plan
  • 0.7 sharing spec
  • 0.7 recurrence and email specs (technical design for tenet features)

Cosmo and Scooby (Lisa/Bobby)

• Progress: Cosmo 0.3 feature tasks split up between BKirsch and BCM. Scooby 0.1 release (pre-usable but may be interesting to volunteers) scoped for mid-February.
• Plans: Cosmo feature development; Scooby finishing, move towards code complete, and help QA ramp up.

• Progress:
  • Open discussion on community topics during sprint week.
  • Lots of individual conversations about community with Cosmo and Scooby teams.
  • Initial drafts of governance principles.

  • Schedule workshop for "information architect" position for early next week.
  • Keep working on governance drafts.
