Non-development tasks for the Scooby/Cosmo Merge

Here is an overview of non-development tasks which are related to the Scooby/Cosmo merge.

Name of merged project? Now that Scooby/Cosmo merge is approved what do we call the name of the project? All Done N/A Seems pretty unanimous we're going to drop the 'Scooby' project name and refer to the project as 'Cosmo'. In addition, the next candidate to be released will be referred to as Cosmo 0.5 (which will include the project formerly known as Scooby 0.3)
Mailing list Move all the discussions on Scooby to the Cosmo list. All Done N/A If it starts to become difficult to follow threads, when we can decide if it's necessary to add more tags to help filter discussions, currently there doesn't seem to be a need. We will decommission the scooby list but leave the
archives available for historical purposes.
IRC channels Move all the discussions on Scooby to the #Cosmo. All Done N/A Topic has been changed to notify people to move all the discussion over to #Cosmo.
Wiki pages Need to move content over from Scooby to Cosmo. Priss Done 6478 Need to restructure the pages to see what pages need to be updated and which to archive.
Merging the status meetings Need to merge bi-weekly project status meetings. All Done N/A As of last week, we've had the first merged meeting. Since the meetings are currently back to back, this was not a huge issue.
Move scooby-demo to cosmo-demo on cosmo.osafoundation.org Move scooby-demo to cosmo-demo on cosmo.osafoundation.org Jared/Pieter Not done 6476 Update 10/20/06: move info to osaf.us. Scooby-demo no longer exitst.
Make sure content for the landing pages goes to osaf.us.

Updating any Cosmo logo without the 'Sharing Server' tag under the logo to just Cosmo logo. Update logo Priss/Pieter Done   Wiki page done.

project, posts regarding Scooby are now taking place on the
corresponding Cosmo maillists (cosmo-commits and cosmo-dev) as of
8/11/2006. The scooby-dev list is now closed.
